We have negotiated a special
arrangement with Budget Car Rental whereby a
very favourable discount has been agreed. It
is not totally unique as some villa owners and
travel agents offer the same arrangement; but
what is unique is that as our guests, we can
share the discount with you to ensure that you
will also benefit.
The advantages
of this scheme are that you pay for the vehicle
and insurance prior to your departure and there
are no more costs other than paying for the
tank of fuel when you arrive in Florida (even
this is free if you take advantage of the "Platinum
Rate" (For additional optional extras see”
The rates exclude” on "car rates
& more information" page).
The
“Platinum ” Rate
Includes
one tank of fuel and up to four additional
drivers over the age of 25. The cost is
£15.00 per vehicle per week (£3.00
per additional day). This option provides
value for money as a tank of fuel will cost
between £20-£25. Worth considering.
On
Arrival
The
vehicle is collected at the airport, thus
avoiding travelling to the Car Hire Depot
by coach which is inconvenient and time
consuming.
On
departure
The vehicle
is returned to the airport, thus avoiding
transferring family and luggage onto a coach
at the Car Hire Depot. This arrangement
saves valuable time, stress and inconvenience.
How
does it work ?
1. Inform us
of your requirements.
2. We will arrange for the vehicle
to be booked in your name.
3. Payment by cheque to us is required
at least 8 weeks prior to departure.
4. Budget will
issue the relevant documentation.
5. We will attach the necessary instructions
to collect your vehicle at the airport.
6 . We will also pay your tolls from
Orlando or Sanford Airport to Kissimmee.
Flydrive is an
option that many travel agents
offer, but I have found that the
cost of this option is often more
expensive
than organising your own flight
and vehicle
separately.

have booked vehicles through us
and not one complaint has been
