Our fully air-conditioned beautifully maintained
Florida villa at Indian Ridge, Kissimmee provides
the "best of both worlds". It's location at the
award winning Indian Ridge estate in Kissimmee just
a couple of miles south of Highway 192 in a peaceful
residential area. Although surrounded by tranquility
itself, our Florida villa could not be in a better
location for getting out and about as it is less
than 10 minutes drive from all the Disney attractions
and only 15 minutes drive to Seaworld, Universal
Studios and Islands of Adventure.
Our Florida villa is privately owned, modern in
design and extremely well equipped. Recently redecorated
throughout, the spacious rooms in our luxury Florida
villa have been beautifully furnished to an exceptionally
high standard.
Our Florida villa comfortably sleeps six in the
three bedrooms, a sofa bed in the lounge converts
into a Queen size bed enabling an additional couple
to share, thus reducing the cost. In addition, complimentary
highchairs, cots and folding beds are available
on request.
Emergency lighting system together with internal
security locks and a security safe for your valuables
are fitted whilst smoke detectors, first aid kits
and a fire extinguisher are provided for your safety.
All bed linen and towels are provided and a gas
barbecue, essential for all holidays, is located
in the vicinity of the patio.
In summary, our Florida villa is in the perfect
location in relation to all the major attractions
and has all the facilities to ensure that you experience
the holiday of a lifetime in the "Sunshine
State".
